Robotics The MAXBOTIX LV-MAXSONAR-EZ2 MB1020 is a popular ultrasonic distance sensor from Pololu Robotics. It is an economical and reliable single-beam sensor with a range of 30 cm to 765 cm (1 ft to 2506 in) and a resolution of 5 mm (0.2 in). It is great for building robots and other projects that require precise and reliable distance sensing. The LV-MAXSONAR-EZ2 MB1020 features a 5V supply voltage and a serial output, allowing it to be easily interfaced with microcontrollers, as well as interpreted with its own code library.
