Additional Infomation About Product

The POLOLU-1456 is a stepper motor driver module designed to drive small and highly efficient stepper motors. It is a miniature module that is compatible with a wide range of Arduino micro controllers. The driver module uses a continuous-current methodology for increased precision and responsiveness from the stepper motor. It features adjustable current limiting and speed management, and an onboard programmable logic controller (PLC) for controlling the speed and direction of the stepper motor. The module is capable of microstepping, which reduces motor noise and improves accuracy. It also has protection features such as overvoltage and overtemperature shut downs. The module is often used in robotics projects and 3D printing applications.
