The QIK 2S12V10 DUAL SERIAL MOTOR CONTROLLER is a two-channel motor controller capable of driving two brushed DC motors with current up to 12 A each. It provides full control over motor speed, direction, and current limiting, and it receives commands via the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or the dual asynchronous serial interface (DASI). The controller also has several diagnostic, protection, and configuration options, such as over-temperature, over-current and short-circuit protection, motor braking, and separate PWM input modes. In addition, it is capable of measuring motor speeds up to 1 million counts per second by optically decoding a set of 4 encoder channels.
