Additional Infomation About Product

The QTR-HD-04A REFLECTANCE SENSOR ARRAY is part of Pololu, a US-based electronic components supplier. This array is commonly used in line-following robots and other types of automated vehicles. The HD-04A is composed of four dual-channel 880 nm reflective sensors placed 1/2" (12.7 mm) apart, giving an overall coverage width of 2" (50.8 mm). Each sensor can detect the presence of an infrared reflective surface within 1/2" (12.7 mm) at a detection margin of 2% to 98%. The package also includes adhesive backing, male and female JST connectors and 4-pin, 0.1" pitch right-angle headers. The sensors require only a single supply voltage and have a quiescent current rating of 3 mA (typical).
