Additional Infomation About Product

The QTRX-MD-01A Reflectance Sensor is a line sensor module from Pololu. It is a digital module that uses an array of eight IR emitter-detector pairs to detect its location relative to a light-or-dark contrast. The sensor operates with an adjustable peak detected current of up to 1.5 mA and provides both analog & digital outputs. The analog output uses an 8-bit value to indicate the relative position of the reflectance sensor array relative to a detected contrast. The digital output uses either two discrete output channels or a serial output channel to indicate the presence or absence of the detected contrast.
