robot The QTRX-MD-04A Reflectance Sensor Array is a four-channel digital detector that features an internal microcontroller to detect changes in ambient light levels. This device is a part of the Pololu robot, which is an autonomous robot platform designed to be used with the Arduino and Raspberry Pi microcontrollers. The QTRX-MD-04A detector has four phototransistors with filters, allowing it to detect changes in ambient light levels as small as 1% of total light. This makes it possible for the Pololu robot to detect and react to objects in its environment. The device is low power and only requires 5V input, and does not produce any noise or interference from other components. It can be used for various applications such as line following, object avoidance and even pattern recognition.
