Cut cable end square. B. Slide clamp nut, and Vee gasket over cable. C. Strip outer jacket of cable. FIGURE 2 D. Comb braid forward. E. Slide large braid clamp over braid and against outer cable jacket. Fold braid back over large braid clamp. Trim even 3with back of large braid clamp. F. Assemble large retainer and flat insulator over inner jacket and up against large braid clamp as shown.. G. Strip inner jacket of cable to dimension shown. FIGURE 3 H. Place small braid clamp over inner braid and against inner jacket, fold inner braid back over small braid clamp, trim inner braid even with base of small braid clamp. I. Assemble small retainer over Dielectric making sure it seats firmly against small braid clamp. J. Strip Dielectric and center conductor to dimensions shown.. FIGURE 4 K. Solder center contact to center conductor of cable. FIGURE 5 L. Slide inner insulator, outer contact and outer insulator over outer center contact and insert into connector body. M.
