Pomona is a city in Los Angeles County, California. It is located in the Pomona Valley, a large urban area between the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. The city covers 22.4 square miles and has a population of approximately 150,000 people. It is bordered by San Dimas to the east, La Verne to the north, Diamond Bar to the south, and the City of Industry to the southwest. The downtown area of Pomona is known for its historic homes, scenic parks and various cultural attractions, including the American Museum of Ceramic Art and Fox Theater.
