NLD561PB is a Powerex Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module. It is a 4-pole 600V/92A device that is designed for DC-AC conversion and general inverter applications. It features a built-in reverse-blocking diode, a low saturation voltage, a high speed switching, a VCE(sat) rating of 1.55V, and a higher surge current capability. The NLD561PB can be used in low harmonic content drives, low noise drives, microprocessor controlled AC motor drives, switched mode power supplies, UPS systems, welders, and other AC power control applications.
