The internal gate drive and protection circuitry provides gate drive signals to the internal 650 V Component Selection Table MOSFETs in response to the voltage applied to the VCC pin. This 230 VAC simple configuration provides easy integration into existing systems by Integrated Disconnect 2 Product Power Consumption using the system V rail as an input to the SENZero.
