The Prisemi PSBDAF40V1 is a Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMAF RoHS packaged within a 0.8mm pitch DFN-8 (MCP-8). It has a high blocking voltage of 40V and is highly efficient with minimal power dissipation, making it well-suited for power management applications such as mobile devices, automotive systems, and industrial automation. The device features an excellent reverse leakage performance as low as 0.01µA and a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 0.45V, resulting in a low forward current of 0.9A. The SBD array is lead and halide free which makes it RoHS compliant. The package also provides a very low thermal resistance, making this an ideal choice for high current applications such as LED flash and charging.
