The Prisemi PSC5425E PMIC-Battery Management WLCSP-20 RoHS is an ultra-small, highly integrated, programmable power management integrated circuit (PMIC). It is suitable for handheld and portable systems that require multiple rail power regulation, 3-cell or 2-cell Li-Ion/Li-Pol battery charging, as well as general power sequencing and system monitor features.The device contains up to four independent 5V/3A synchronous buck regulators, three current sources that can be used to accurately monitor battery current and perform overcurrent protection, up to three low dropout regulators (LDOs), as well as a wide range of general purpose I/Os and power switches. The device supports up to 6 battery cells and provides fast charge-update algorithm to ensure safety, cost optimization, and good battery capacity management.The PSC5425E features a high integration process and low power consumption with a fully RoHS-compliant 20-pin WLCSP package. The device is designed with advanced programmable features that can be used to configure device features according to system requirements. Additionally, high ESD resilience and temperature qualification ensure reliable operation in harsh environment conditions.
