PBTFR Braided Sleeving Expandable Polyester Black Features: High flexibility. Self-extinguishing. Supplied in coils. Available in Black and Grey with identification stripes. Polyester expandable braided sleeving is made of polyester PBT (Polybutylene Terephtalate) monofilaments (0.22mm). The raw material used, is treated with non-burning agents. This sleeving increases cut-through and abrasion resistance of both dielectric Grey and thermal insulation surfaces. This sleeving can be used wherever flame resistance is required. It can be used in Telecommunication, Underground, Aerospace, Automotive industry etc. With a continuous working temperature of up to 150C and a resistance to most chemicals, it can be used in rough conditions. Its expansion ratio of 1:2 enables very easy covering over bundles of cables.
