ABT-451-RC is an active, low-cost, surface-mount (SMT) phase-locked loop (PLL) device designed for a wide range of applications, such as frequency synthesizers, clock multipliers, and related datacom products. It is manufactured by Pro Signal and features a PLL frequency range of 1000-800 MHz. It has a power supply voltage of 3.0-3.6 V, and a crystal reference frequency of 16.384MHz. This device includes a built-in phase detector, charge pump and loop filter and has fast lock times, low phase noise and low power consumption.
