PSLC03-T7-LF is a series of high temperature, low-leakage, ultra-small, and leadless multilayer ceramic capacitors manufactured by the ProTek Devices company. These capacitors are designed for use in a variety of high-temperature applications, including automotive, consumer electronics, industrial, telecommunications, and defense sectors. They feature an industry-standard 0402 size and can operate at temperatures up to +175°C. Additionally, the PSLC03-T7-LF feature low ESR values and low dielectric absorption characteristics. This leads to superior performance and enhanced reliability in completed applications. The capacitors are also RoHS compliant and come in values ranging from 0.22uF to 1500pF, with various capacitance tolerances of up to 20%.
