The EK64904-12 is a part of pSemi's High Linearity, High Efficiency Power Amplifier Bias Module family. It is a fully integrated, digitally-controlled bias module that helps optimize the performance of linear, high-efficiency power amplifiers. The device consists of a DC-DC converter, linear regulators, and device-level protection circuitry. The device is capable of working across a wide input range (2V - 20V) with very low ripple (11mV). The output voltage can be adjusted over a wide range (0.3V to the input voltage), and tight load and line regulation are provided.
