It is a single chip solution which combines highly integrated RS232 transceiver, level shifter, SP3232DN and other related components required to provide an interface between different logic levels. It is capable of transmitting data up to 4Mbps with low power consumption. This IC is available in a standard LQFP-44_10x10x08P RoHS package with pins spaced at 0.5mm. It is compliant with RoHS directives and suitable for commercial and industrial applications.
