The AR4100P-BM2D-R is a Wi-Fi system-on-chip (SoC) from Qualcomm. It is an 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi chipset which is manufactured using advanced 65 nm CMOS process technology. The AR4100P-BM2D-R supports up to 150 Mbps PHY data rates, with improved power saving architecture support, wide operating temperature range of -40 degree to +85 degree Celsius and integrated Bluetooth V2.1+EDR support. It also features a highly integrated Baseband processor supporting WAPI, WPA/WPA2, WMM-PS, WMM-UAPSD, WEP-128/64, TKIP and AES security, built-in power amplifier/Tx-Rx, diversity antenna support and 3 antenna MIMO support.
