The AP6685 with SOT-23-5 Battery Management ICs ROHS is a single-cell Li-Ion and LiFePo battery protection IC. It is designed for use in a wide range of battery applications such as vehicle electronics, notebook PCs, and smartphones. It provides protection functions for battery over-charge, over-discharge, and short circuit protection. It also features adjustable protection voltage, and high current capability for load disconnection. The device also comes with a low standby current and very low voltage dropout when it is in the protection state. It also features a small QFN package which can be used in space-constrained designs. The AP6685 also has a built-in thermal management system to protect the battery from over-heating or other thermal events. The IC is manufactured by Quan Li and has a certification of RoHs compliance.
