The QX7136 is an LED driver SOT-89-5 RoHS manufactured by QX Micro Devices. It is a low-cost, low-power, high-efficiency LED driver IC. The device is designed to drive up to 16 LEDs in a uniform forward-voltage network from a single supply. It features a high-speed switching freewheeling diode, a low quiescent current, and a wide input voltage range. The output voltage is programmable by an external resistor divider, with a theoretical voltage range of 8V to 32V, and a practical range of 5.5V to 32V. The device can be operated from a 1.8V to 6V logic supply. It is fully protected against output short-circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature, making it an excellent choice for automotive lighting applications.
