The RTT12472JTP is a surface mount 4.7KOhm ±5% 1/2W 1210 RoHS Chip Resistor manufactured by RALEC. It is a small passive component used for electrical impedance. It may be used in electronics, power supplies, filters, radio frequency (RF) circuits, and other electronic circuits. It consists of a layer of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) metal oxide material, sputtered onto a high-precision ceramic substrate. This layer of material is then plated with a silver or gold material to increase the electrical conductivity.
