The RFF500Q-1IW-DBS is a cost-effective Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) receiver module made by Raystar. It is based on a high-performance u-blox5 engine, i.e., the u-blox MAX-5Q module, and is capable of receiving signals from GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellites. This module is used in applications such as automotive, healthcare, asset tracking, and surveying. The RFF500Q-1IW-DBS is equipped with a high-sensitivity RF front-end for the 22 tracking channels, features a fast Time-To-First-Fix of 1 second in warm starts and a low power consumption to increase the battery life for portable devices. It features a dead-reckoning navigation system for navigating in urban canyons where satellite signals are not available.
