The 70B-1-2G is an integrated circuit from Raytheon Technologies Corporation. It is an eight-bit microcontroller-based single-chip network interface. It offers a wide range of features including, a Non-Volatile Memory, Flash memory, I2C, SPI, a real-time clock, multiple serial protocols, RADIUS and 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi and Ethernet. It has two SPI channels, four 8-bit controllers and one 16-bit controller. In addition, it supports two UARTs, four PWM modules, three Serial Analog-to-Digital converters (ADCs) and two Digital-to-Analog converters (DACs).
