CMOS Static RAM 71256SA 256K (32K x 8-Bit) Features Description 32K x 8 advanced high-speed CMOS static RAM The IDT71256SA is a 262,144-bit high-speed Static RAM organized Commercial (0 to 70C) and Industrial (-40 to 85C) as 32K x 8. It is fabricated using high-performance, high-reliability CMOS temperature options technology. This state-of-the-art technology, combined with innovative Equal access and cycle times circuit design techniques, provides a cost-effective solution for high-speed Commercial: 12ns memory .needs. Commercial and Industrial: 15/20/25ns The IDT71256SA has an output enable pin which operates as fast as One Chip Select plus one Output Enable pin 6ns, with address access times as fast as 12ns. All bidirectional inputs and Bidirectional data inputs and outputs directly outputs of the IDT71256SA are TTL-compatible and operation is from a TTL-compatible single 5V supply. Fully static asynchronous circuitry is used, requiring no Low power consumption via chip deselect clocks or refresh for operation.
