DATASHEET EL5220T FN6892 Rev 0.00 12MHz Rail-to-Rail Input-Output Operational Amplifier May 4, 2010 The EL5220T is a high voltage rail-to-rail input-output Features amplifier with low power consumption. The EL5220T 12MHz (-3dB) Bandwidth contains two amplifiers. Each amplifier exhibits beyond the rail input capability, rail-to-rail output capability and 4.5V to 19V Maximum Supply Voltage Range is unity gain stable. 12V/s Slew Rate The maximum operating voltage range is from 4.5V to 550A Supply Current (per Amplifier) 19V. It can be configured for single or dual supply 65mA Continuous Output Current operation, and typically consumes only 550A per 200mA Output Short Circuit Current amplifier. The EL5220T has an output short circuit capability of 200mA and a continuous output current Unity-gain Stable capability of 65mA. Beyond the Rails Input Capability The EL5220T features a slew rate of 12V/s. Also, the Rail-to-rail Output Swing device provides common mode input capability beyond Built-in Thermal Protection the supply rails, rail-to-rail output capability, and a -40C to +85C Ambient Temperature Range bandwidth of 12MHz (-3dB). This enables the Pb-free (RoHS Compliant) amplifiers to offer maximum dynamic range at any supply voltage. These features make the EL5220T an ideal amplifier solution for use in TFT-LCD panels as a Applications*(see page 13) V or static gamma buffer, and in high speed COM TFT-LCD Panels filtering and signal conditioning applications. Other V Amplifiers COM applications include battery power and portable Static Gamma Buffers devices, especially where low power consumption is important. Electronics Notebooks Electronics Games The EL5220T is available in an 8 Ld MSOP package, and a thermally enhanced 8 Ld DFN package. Both Touch-screen Displays feature a standard operational amplifier pinout. The Personal Communication Devices devices operate over an ambient temperature range of Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) -40C to +85C.
