HA-5320 Data Sheet April 25, 2013 FN2857.9 1 Microsecond Precision Sample and Features Hold Amplifier 6 Gain, DC 2 x 10 V/V The HA-5320 was designed for use in precision, high speed Acquisition Time 1.0s (0.01%) data acquisition systems. Droop Rate . 0.08V/s (+25C) The circuit consists of an input transconductance amplifier 17V/s (Full Temperature) capable of providing large amounts of charging current, a Aperture Time 25ns low leakage analog switch, and an output integrating amplifier. The analog switch sees virtual ground as its load Hold Step Error (See Glossary) . 5mV therefore, charge injection on the hold capacitor is constant Internal Hold Capacitor over the entire input/output voltage range. The pedestal voltage resulting from this charge injection can be adjusted Fully Differential Input to zero by use of the offset adjust inputs. The device TTL Compatible includes a hold capacitor. However, if improved droop rate is Pb-Free Available (RoHS Compliant) required at the expense of acquisition time, additional hold capacitance may be added externally. Applications This monolithic device is manufactured using the Intersil Precision Data Acquisition Systems Dielectric Isolation Process, minimizing stray capacitance and eliminating SCRs.
