The HM1-6617/883 is a 32-bit microcontroller manufactured by Renesas. It is part of their RL78/G14 Family. It is a low-power, high-performance MCU with low pin count and a low board-level footprint. It contains 32-bit RISC core, on-chip memory, and a variety of peripheral functions. The HM1-6617 is capable of up to 80MHz maximum clock frequency and features up to 36KB Flash memory, up to 240KB SRAM, and a variety of analog, timers, and communications interfaces. The core features an integrated interrupt controller, low power and standby modes, and integrated QSPI/I2C functions.
