The ISL21090 Reference output voltage option uses the new Intersil Advanced Bipolar technology to achieve sub 1.0V (1.25V option) 0.1Hz to 10Hz noise with an initial - 1.25V, 2.5V, 5.0V and 7.5V P-P voltage accuracy of 0.02% (2.5V option). Initial accuracy: - ISL21090-12 .0.03% The ISL21090 offers 1.25V, 2.5V, 5.0V and 7.5V output voltage options with 7ppm/C temperature coefficient and also - ISL21090-25 .0.02% provides excellent line and load regulation.
