This device features a gain-bandwidth product of 5MHz and is 13MHz -3dB unity gain bandwidth unity-gain stable with a -3dB bandwidth of 13MHz. 900A typical supply current This device features an Input Range Enhancement Circuit 150V maximum offset voltage (8 Ld SOIC) (IREC), which enables it to maintain CMRR performance for 5nA typical input bias current input voltages greater than the positive supply. The input signal is capable of swinging 0.25V above the positive Down to 2.4V single supply voltage range supply and to the negative supply with only a slight Rail-to-rail input and output degradation of the CMRR performance. The output operation is rail-to-rail. Enable pin The part typically draws less than 1mA supply current while -40C to +125C operation meeting excellent DC accuracy, AC performance, noise and Pb-free (RoHS compliant) output drive specifications.
