The ISL60002DIH310Z-TK is an automotive voltage reference IC designed by Renesas. It is a low-power, low-noise, voltage reference device in a TDFN-8 (3 mm x 3 mm) package. It has a low-voltage precision voltage reference with a precision output voltage of 1.024V (±5mV). This allows the power supply for advanced microcontroller and analog circuitry to be accurately regulated down to less than 1V. The internal bandgap reference and error amplifier are optimized for noise immunity, accurate initial accuracy, and temperature drift. Furthermore, it features both PNP and NPN output options, as well as a low-noise option and a fast transient-response option. In addition, the device offers excellent power supply rejection ratio, fast turn-on time, low-power consumption, and good temperature and load regulation.
