DATASHEET ISL9120R5696 FN8894 Rev. 4.00 Compact High-Efficiency Low Power Buck-Boost Regulator Jan 31, 2019 The ISL9120R5696 is a highly integrated buck-boost switching Features regulator that accepts input voltages either above or below the Accepts input voltages above or below regulated output regulated output voltage. The Forced Bypass Small 1.41mmx1.41mm WLCSP power saving mode can be chosen if voltage regulation is not Low profile 0.28mm total height (typical) required. The device consumes less than 3.5A of current across the operating temperature range in Forced Bypass mode.
