QS32245 HIGH-SPEED CMOS QUICKSWITCH 8-BIT BUS SWITCH INDUSTRIAL TEMPERATURE RANGE QUICKSWITCH PRODUCTS QS32245 HIGH-SPEED CMOS QUICKSWITCH 8-BIT BUS SWITCH DESCRIPTION: FEATURES: The QS32245 provides a set of eight high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible Enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc bus switches in a pinout compatible with 74FCT245, 74F245, 74ALS/AS/ 5 bidirectional switches connect inputs to outputs LS245 8-bit transceivers. The Output Enable (OE) signal turns the switches Pin compatible with the 74F245, 74FCT245, and 74FCT245T on similar to the OE signal of the 74245. The QS32245 has 25 series Low power CMOS proprietary technology resistors to reduce ground bounce noise. Zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce QuickSwitch devices provide an order of magnitude faster speed than Undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs conventional logic devices. 25 resistors for low noise The QS32245 is characterized for operation at -40C to +85C.
