The QS3VH2861, with 25 ON resistance and 1.35ns No DC path to VCC or GND propagation delay, is ideal for line matching and low noise environments. 5V tolerant in OFF and ON state The switches are controlled by active low enable (BE) control. In the ON 5V tolerant I/Os state, the switches can pass signals up to 5V. In the OFF state, the switches Flat RON characteristics over operating range offer very high impedence at the terminals.
