DATA SHEET MOS INTEGRATED CIRCUIT PD78F9026A 8-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER DESCRIPTION The PD78F9026A is a PD789026 Subseries product (compact general-purpose devices) of the 78K/0S Series. The PD78F9026A has flash memory in place of the internal ROM of the PD789022, 789024, 789025, and 789026. Since the data can be written to or erased from the flash memory of the PD78F9026A with the microcontroller mounted on a printed circuit board, it is ideal for applications involving the evaluation of the systems in the development stage, small-scale production of many different products, and rapid development and time-to-market of a new product.
