SolutionsSW438 with RF Switches DFN-6 RoHS is an electronically-controlled switch manufactured by RFIC Solutions. It is a RoHS-compliant, 6-pin DFN package containing two double-pole, single-throw switches configured for RF applications. It operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V and a maximum DC switching current of 100mA. It has a very low insertion loss and high isolation, and a high ESD withstand voltage of up to 15kV.
