The RT2853BHGQW is an 18V low-power synchronous step-down converter manufactured by Richtek. It has a maximum output current of 3A and an adjustable switching frequency of up to 650KHz. The device is packaged in a 16 WQFN package. It feature low quiescent current, accurate output voltage, and low output ripple. It also utilizes Richtek’s proprietary ACOTTM technology, which provides high system efficiency, simple external components, and smaller solution size.
