RT8073 6A, 2MHz, High Efficiency Synchronous Step-Down Converter General Description Features Integrated 50m and 35m MOSFETs The RT8073 is a high efficiency PWM step-down converter 6A Output Current and capable of delivering 6A output current over a wide High Efficiency Up to 95% input voltage range from 2.9V to 5.5V. 2.9V to 5.5V Input Range The RT8073 provides accurate regulation for a variety of Adjustable PWM Frequency : 300kHz to 2MHz loads with an 1% reference voltage at room temperature. 0.8V 1% Reference Voltage For reducing inductor size, it provides up to 2MHz Adjustable External Soft-Start switching frequency.
