Additional Infomation About Product

The RT9167-50GB is a 50A, 8-pin PWM buck power supply controller with an externally adjustable 180kHz frequency. It features low voltage operation with an adjustable operating start-up voltage as low as 0.7V, programmable soft-start and adjustable frequency. It also includes a voltage detection circuit to monitor the feedback voltage, and thermal shutdown protection. It is optimized for 12V input power supply applications and is ideally suited for high current applications such as LED lighting, telecommunications, networking, and consumer electronics.
