General Description Features

The RT9169/H series are 100mA ultra-low quiescent
zz z zz Low Dropout: 450mV at 100mA
current CMOS low dropout (LDO) regulator designed for
zz z zz Wide Operating Voltage Ranges: 2V to 6V
battery-powered equipments. The output voltages range
zz z zz Current Limiting Protection
from 1.2V to 5V with 0.1V per step.
zz z zz Only 1F Output Capacitor Required for Stability
The other features include 4A ultra-low quiescent, low
zz z zz High Power Supply Rejection Ratio
dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting
zz z zz RoHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free
protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.
