The RT9173BGS is a dual full-bridge gate driver that is designed for driving N-Channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a motor control circuit. This device features a self-protection circuit that prevents the output pins from over-current and overvoltage condition. The output voltage can be up to 6V, while the output current can be up to 3A. It also has an adjustable slow start circuit that can reduce inrush current from the power source during start-up. With its fast switching times, wide operating voltage range and low on-resistance, the RT9173BGS is an ideal solution for many motor control applications.
