The RT9953GQW(Z00) with PMIC – Battery Management WQFN-24_4x4mm RoHS is a small, low-power, and cost-effective battery management IC manufactured by Richtek. This device is capable of supporting multi-cells of Li-Ion/Li-Po battery. It is designed specifically to provide system-level protection, monitoring, and charging for one and two cell Lithium ion or Polymer battery packs. With an integrated power MOSFET, current sensing, and LED driver, the RT9953GQW(Z00) provides not only over-voltage, over-current, thermal, and short-circuit protection, but also status monitor, charge control, and LED lighting control.
