This device is a low quiescent current (IQ) buck converter, offering a minimum operating current of 180 nanoamperes (nA). It features a wide operating range of 2.4V to 5.5V, low voltage ripple, and high efficiency of up to 96%. Its output voltage and current options can be configured to meet a wide range of system requirements. The BD70522GUL-E2 also provides a dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) function, which enables the device to adjust its output voltage according to system requirements.
