Additional Infomation About Product

The BH1620FVC-TR is a low power, analog current output Ambient Light Sensor manufactured by ROHM. This part consists of an array of 16 photo-sensing elements which detect the intensity of light. The output voltage is proportional to the amount of light illuminating the sensing elements and is optimized for dark environment detection. The device has a spectral response identical to that of the human eye, making it ideal for present-day display application. It features ultra-low operating current and high sensitivity at 0.30µA/=2.0lux. It features 0.25V to 4.0V output voltage range and supports operating temperature range from -20 to +70°C. This part has a space-saving package of only 1mm x 0.5mm and is RoHS compliant.
