Additional Infomation About Product

The BH1750FVI-TR is a small, low power digital Ambient Light Sensor manufactured by ROHM. It is designed to detect and measure the amount of ambient light that is available in its surrounding environment. It can measure the light intensity in Lux (lx) with an accuracy of ±20%. It is a 16-bit Serial Ambient Light Sensor meaning that it can measure higher values of visible light with greater accuracy. It has an operational voltage of 2.4-3.6V with a maximum consumption of 1.9mA. It has a communication protocol of I2C or SMBUS and the transmission rate can go up to 400kHz. It is also designed to have a long operating life and be highly affected by external interferences. The BH1750FVI-TR is a great solution for applications such as digital signage, indoor lighting displays and sensing in extreme environments.
