It enables simpler design of a high DRAIN: 650 V / 800 V(Max) effective converter specializing in non-isolated devices. Pulse Operation Current 1.20 mA(Typ) This series has a built-in starter circuit that tolerates Burst Operation Current 0.45 mA(Typ) 650 V / 800 V, and it contributes to low power Oscillation Frequency 100 kHz(Typ) consumption. With a current detection resistor as Operation Temperature Range -40 C to +105 C internal device, it can be designed as small power MOSFET ON Resistor supply. Since current mode control is utilized, current is BM2P104QF: 4.0 (Typ) restricted in each cycle and excellent performance is BM2P107QKF: 7.5 (Typ) demonstrated in bandwidth and transient response. The oscillation frequency is fixed to 100 kHz. A Package W(Typ) x D(Typ) x H(Max) frequency hopping function is also on chip, and it SOP8 5.00 mm x 6.20 mm x 1.71 mm contributes to low EMI.
