DRAIN to 650V BM2PXXXF supports both isolated and non- isolated devices, enabling simpler design of various types of low-power electrical converters. Normal Operating Current: The built-in 650V HV starter circuit contributes (BM2Px5xF) 0.60mA (Typ.) to low-power consumption. (BM2Px9xF) 0.50mA (Typ.) A higher degree of design freedom can be achieved with current detection resistors as external Burst Operating Current: 0.30mA(Typ.) devices. Current is restricted in each cycle and Oscillation Frequency: 65kHz(Typ.) excellent performance is demonstrated in bandwidth Operating Temperature: - 40deg. to +105deg. and transient response since current mode control is MOSFET ON Resistance: utilized.
