Datasheet D/A Converter Series for Electronic Adjustment 10bit 8ch/10ch D/A Converters BU2505FV BU2506FV General Description Key Specifications The BU2505FV and BU2506FV ICs are 10bit R-2R type Operating Supply Voltage Range 4.5V to 5.5V D/A converters with 10ch and 8ch outputs, respectively. Number of Channels Cascade connection is available, ensuring suitability for BU2505FV 10ch multi-channel applications. Each channel incorporates a BU2506FV 8ch full swing output type buffer amplifier with high speed Differential Non Linearity Error 1.0LSB(Max) output response characteristics, resulting in a greatly Integral Non Linearity Error 3.5LSB(Max) shortened D/A output settling time. The ICs also have Data Transfer Frequency 10MHz(Max) digital input pins compatible with TTL levels, and the maximum value of the data transfer frequency is 10MHz. With the variable output range function, the upper and Packages W(Typ) x D(Typ) x H(Max) lower limits of the output voltage can be set separately SSOP-B20 6.50mm x 6.40mm x 1.45mm from the power supply voltage.
