Datasheet 1.8V to 5.5V, 300mA 1ch Synchronous Boost DC/DC Converter BU33DV7NUX General Description The BU33DV7NUX devices provide a power supply Available Features with MODE=0V solution for products powered by either two-cell alkaline, Pass-Through Function2 during EN-OFF NiCd or NiMH, or one-cell Li-ion or Li-polymer battery. Disconnect Function during UVLO Output currents can go as high as 300mA while using UVLO-detect Voltage:1.8V(typ) two alkaline, and discharge it down to 1.8 V. UVLO-release Voltage:2.0V(typ) With the MODE pin, the BU33DV7NUX provides mode PWM(Switching Frequency 600kHz) selection of PWM control or PFM/PWM automatic Available Features with MODE=VIN switching control. When load current is large, the product switches automatically to the PWM mode so that Disconnect Function during EN-OFF and UVLO high efficiency is achievable over a wide range of load UVLO-detect Voltage:1.8V(typ) conditions. The maximum peak current in the boost UVLO-release Voltage:2.0V(typ) switch is typically limited to a value of 1.85A. PFM/PWM(Switching Frequency to 600kHz) BU33DV7NUX output voltage is fixed by an internal Applications resistor divider. When VIN voltage is higher than 3.3 V, Two-Cell Alkaline, NiCd or NiMH or Vout is connected with Vin.
