Additional Infomation About Product

ROHM's RPM7140 is an AC Voltage Detection IC that is used to detect an AC voltage that is supplied to a motor or a peripheral device. The device provides several convenience functions such as overvoltage protection and undervoltage protection. The IC has an operating voltage range of 6V to 40V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. The output of the RPM7140 is an active low signal, and the output can be used to control other peripheral circuits or to feed to a microcontroller. Additionally, the RPM7140 features a built-in noise filter and a stand-by consumption current of 1 µA for improved power efficiency.
