RH6016CB is a Touch Screen Controller ICs with SOT23-6 packages, manufactured by Ronghe. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for touchscreen applications, including resistive and capacitive touchscreens. It has an internal voltage regulator and is suitable for 3V and 5V supply voltage. The device includes touch detection and processing, integration with display controller ICs and controller area network (CAN) transceivers, and various power management features. It is capable of detecting and processing up to 4-wire resistive, 4-wire capacitive, and 8-wire capacitive touchscreen panels.
